Tiffany Leach

Tiffany Leach is a Professor of Art and Chair of Fine Arts at 91Ï㽶ÊÓƵ. She is also an artist with an active studio practice with a focus on ceramics. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Visual Arts with a concentration in Ceramics from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Visual Arts from the University of Georgia.
Professor Leach gained a passion for education abroad during a semester in Italy,
studying art and art history, and she’s since become an advocate for providing students
with real-world, immersive learning experiences. She has taught study abroad programs
in Italy and Iceland, and her travels have taken her to Europe, South Africa, Canada,
the Caribbean and Central America.
Her global experiences also include artist residencies in Rome, Italy and Skopelos,
Greece, which continue to influence both her artwork and teaching approach. Outside
of her academic responsibilities, Professor Leach enjoys working in her ceramic studio
and traveling with her husband and two children.
