The Digital Literacy Lab here at 91Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµ has been created to provide a resource for students and faculty to become better equipped in today’s digital world.
The DLL can assist students with the following:
- Digital Learning Projects and Research
- Classroom Multimedia Project Planning
- Podcast Creation using the RØDECaster Pro II
- Video Recording using the Elgato Stream Deck
- Computer Applications and Usage (Ex. Microsoft Office / Adobe)
- Basic Computer Skills and Setting Up Your Machine for Success
- Blackboard Integrated Applications (Ex. Respondus Lockdown Browser / Kaltura / Collaborate / Hypothesis)
- Online Learning and Blackboard Support
- Student Support Guides
Students are able to access help on-demand, virtual, face-to-face, and personalized technology training for general and specialized software can be scheduled. Please book through the links found in the lab schedule on this page.
Click on the floating chat button on the bottom-right of this page to message with a virtual agent about any Blackboard issues you may be experiencing.
Instructors are also able to use the DLL for Blackboard training along with creating content through applications such as Qualtrics, Adobe, and Canva. Let us know how we can better serve the JU community.

Podcast Studio for audio and video recording

Both Apple and Windows machines are available.

Small group instruction is available using the large capacitive screen.
Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft software options are available.
Main Floor, RM 222Located next to the Digital Media Lab
Students can schedule time in the lab or walk in if space permits.
